Advantage
1. Unique large combustion chamber design, three-pass wet-back structure, low-temperature combustion while maintaining super-radiant heating capacity, greatly improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reduces nitrogen oxide (NOX) emissions, and is more effective, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
2. The corrugated furnace and threaded smoke pipe with effective heat transfer have improved the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency. Since the flue gas has a disturbing effect in the pipe, the threaded smoke pipe is not suitable for dust accumulation, which plays a role of self-cleaning.
3. The front and rear smoke boxes adopt a multi-stage sealing structure, which has good sealing and heat preservation performance.
4. The large steam space can handle load fluctuations and peak changes, providing high-quality steam.
5. The boiler has high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection, overpressure alarm and interlock protection functions; the safety accessories of the boiler can not only eliminate the unsafe factors of the boiler, prevent overpressure accidents, and make it operate in a safe state.
6. The boiler packaging adopts multi-stage heat preservation seal, which has good sealing and heat preservation performance, when the ambient temperature is 25. (: When the temperature of the outer surface of the furnace does not exceed 50°C, the thermal insulation performance is better.
7. The heating surface at the tail adopts the "Runcheng"* new scientific research achievement condenser, which can save fuel by 5-10%, and greatly reduces the operating cost of the boiler.
