Specification
A water jacket is a water-filled casing surrounding a device, typically a metal sheath having intake and outlet vents to allow water to be pumped through and circulated. The flow of water to an external heating or cooling device allows precise temperature control of the device.
Principle
From the combustion of high temperature flue gas burner by the flue gas outlet pipe into the cigarette box, because of the high temperature flue gas heat effect, energy is passed to the furnace by means of heat transfer working medium water, working medium temperature rise after water is heated to partial vaporization, the vaporization of high temperature steam rising from the heating coil, temperature drop after contact with heat transfer, thereby condense back into the water bath, and then after heating evaporates again rises, the high temperature flue gas finally rises through the chimney into the air. In this process, the heating temperature of crude oil or natural gas in the heating coil is increased to reach the set temperature of the process.
Configuration
The water jacket heater is generally composed of the furnace body, the pyrotechnical tube, the heating coil, the heater and other accessories. The pressure in the furnace is standard atmospheric pressure. The water jacket heater body, heating coil and other positions are generally welded with a socket, used to install the thermometer, water level gauge or pressure gauge or pressure gauge, in order to real-time monitoring of the water jacket furnace parameters, to ensure proper operation.
