High pressure straight pipe
The high pressure straight pipe is made of high quality alloy steel, the end is connected by the king, the high pressure straight pipe specifications are 2",3" and 4", the cold working pressure is 42MPa to 105MPa(6000ps-15000ps), the high pressure straight pipe has the ordinary integral high pressure straight pipe, the integral high pressure straight pipe with the shoulder stop, the split high pressure straight pipe, the length according to customer demand.

Split high-pressure straight pipes are popular in the United States or in countries accustomed to using American products.
High pressure elbow
High pressure elbow is a kind of pipe fitting used for making different Angle turns at the bends of high pressure pipes. In all the pipe fittings used in the high-pressure pipe system, the proportion is the largest, about 80%. The wall thickness of the general high pressure elbow is thicker than that of the ordinary elbow, or the high pressure strength of the material is higher than that of the ordinary elbow. There are three methods of butt welding, socket welding and wire connection.
Production technology
The production process of high pressure elbow first welding a polygonal cross section of the polygonal ring shell or the two ends of the closed polygonal fan shell, the internal pressure is filled with pressure media, the cross section gradually from the polygon into a circle under the action of internal pressure, and finally become a circular ring shell. According to needs, a circular shell can be cut into 4 90 elbow or 6 60 high pressure elbow or other specifications of high pressure elbow, the process is suitable for the manufacture of high pressure elbow middle diameter and stamping elbow inner diameter ratio of more than 1.5 large elbow, is the ideal method for manufacturing large national standard elbow.
How to use and precautions
Instructions:
(1) Before use, check whether the parts of the swivel elbow are flexible and easy to use. They must be intact and meet the standards before they can be used;
(2) The allowable pressure must meet the requirements of the construction process, and those that do not meet the standards cannot be used;
(3) Tighten the union with a hammer, adjust it to the desired angle and then tighten it or tighten it with a pipe wrench.
Precautions:
(1) Clean and put away after use;
(2) Oil the bearings frequently to prevent rust.
